We’re transparent about pricing. Your flat fee covers the services included in your package. However, certain add-ons like drone video footage, Matterport scans, or services for larger homes may have additional costs. These are clearly outlined upfront so there are no surprises.
While our service focuses on helping you list and market your property, we offer add-on packages for clients who need additional guidance. Our Full Service Add-On provides expert advice and support on an hourly basis, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.
In most cases, your property can be listed within 24 to 48 hours after you’ve provided the required information and chosen your service package. This quick turnaround gets your property in front of buyers faster.
